How to use it +

Set the bars shoulder-width apart on a flat, non-slip floor and check both feet are seated before loading them. Check every strap, handle and anchor before each session and stop using any item that shows wear. Wipe down after use and store dry, out of direct sunlight. Read the enclosed instruction card before first use.
